These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the product.space waitlist landing page and related communications (together, the “Service”). By submitting the waitlist form you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a pre-launch waitlist for product.space, an upcoming commerce platform. Submitting your contact information adds you to the waitlist. It does not create an account, purchase anything, or guarantee access to any product. We may reach out by email or SMS only if you opt in to the corresponding channel.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By submitting the form you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the contact information you provide is yours.
3. Communications & Consent
Email and SMS communications are optional and separate. If you provide a phone number, check the SMS consent box, and submit the waitlist form, product.space may text you a verification code and occasional waitlist, early access, and product updates. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any email, and you can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS Terms for more on SMS.
4. Privacy
Our handling of the information you provide is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your contact information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit automated or fraudulent signups, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, product.space will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
