These SMS Terms describe the product.space waitlist text messaging program. By entering your mobile phone number, checking the SMS consent box, and submitting the waitlist form, you agree that product.space may send a verification code and occasional waitlist, early access, and product update text messages to the phone number you provided. You also agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
How you opt in
You opt in only when you provide a mobile phone number on the product.space waitlist form, check the unchecked SMS consent box, and submit the form. The consent box says:
By checking this box and submitting my phone number, I agree product.space may text me a verification code and occasional waitlist, early access, and product updates at this number. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to buy goods or services.

Opting out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. We will treat your number as unsubscribed from waitlist SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

Reply HELP to any message you receive from us and we will respond with program contact information. You can also email hi@product.space for help with the SMS program at any time.
Carriers and delivery
SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you subscribe with. The program is available in the United States only at this time.
Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to buy goods or services from product.space. You can join the waitlist without opting in to SMS by using an email address instead.
Privacy
We handle your phone number according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date above.
